• Online Ordering: We facilitate online orders for pickup from our premises or delivery to specified areas. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Catering Inquiries: You may submit inquiries for small event catering through our platform.

3. Online Orders and Payment

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring all details provided for orders, including contact information and delivery address, are accurate and complete.

• Pricing: All prices displayed on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment: Payment for online orders must be made using the methods provided on our site. Orders will only be processed upon successful receipt of payment.

• Order Confirmation: An order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address. This email serves as acknowledgement of your order.

• Cancellation and Refunds: Once an order is placed, cancellation or refund requests are at the discretion of Gumnut & Grind and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us directly for such requests.

4. Delivery and Pickup

• Pickup Orders: For pickup orders, items must be collected from our premises at 2847 Flinders Street, Melbourne, VIC, 3000, during our operating hours.

• Delivery Orders: Delivery services are subject to specific delivery zones and may incur additional charges. Delivery times are estimates and Gumnut & Grind is not liable for delays outside of our control.

• Risk: The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon pickup or, in the case of delivery, upon delivery to the specified address.

5. Catering Services

Enquiries for catering services can be made via our site. All catering arrangements, including menus, pricing, and delivery/pickup, will be separately agreed upon in a tailored proposal.

A separate agreement will govern the terms and conditions specific to catering services.

6. Allergen Information

Gumnut & Grind takes great care in preparing our food and clearly labelling ingredients. However, as an establishment handling various ingredients, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens (such as nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, etc.). Please inform our staff of any allergies when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate, but consume at your own risk.
